Gorgeous hotel, and excellent entertainment team, especially with Ariel, Emanuel and Victor at the Joy Squad.REVIEWS They did expand the free Wi-Fi to cover the entire resort and beach area, which is a nice improvement. Lots of trips to go on, Contoy Island, Balacar, Xcaret Park, tomorrow hopefully going to Tulum and Coba. One thing I would suggest is that the restaurant by the beach area should be open in the morning and offer continental breakfast. Lots of trips to go on, Contoy Island, Balacar, Xcaret Park, tomorrow hopefully going to Tulum and Coba. One thing I would suggest is that the restaurant by the beach area should be open in the morning and offer continental breakfast. Food We ate at almost all the restaurants. Burger Custom- Really good good burgers and apps Gong- Sushi items and dumplings were awesome. The grilled fish entrees not good. We stayed at the Grand Luxxe at the Grand Mayan. The entire place was extremely well run. Almost like a Disney park. I mean that in the way of excellent service and very clean. The service is top of the line. Concierge, housekeeping, restaurant, shuttle drivers, etc were extremely helpful and courteous.
